Allison McCoy Jones is the Owner and Principal Insurance Agent of McCoy Jones Insurance, in Apollo, PA and has over 26 years experience managing health benefits and providing individuals and small business with health quotes and customer/ client services.

Allison is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelors degree in English and a Masters degree in Industrial and Labor Relations. 

Allison was a SR Human Resources Executive for 16 years with a dual emphasis on Employer Health and Welfare Plan design, implementation administration and oversight, to include Health, Life, Disability, 410K, Pension and ESOP plans and Workman's Compensation.  Allison was equally responsible for Health Safety and Environmental design and administration and oversight. Allison holds multiple certifications in Human Resources, Safety and OSHA Certified Trainer. 

In 2004, Allison started Versarias Insurance and Safety Associates. The agency was PA State certified WBE business and the first to be awarded a dual designation in Insurance and Safety. The agency's focus shifted over the years to solely Insurance and 2016 the agency's name was changed to McCoy Jones Insurance when the agency moved to it's current location in Apollo, PA .

In her spare time Allison enjoys golfing, weight training, Jeeping, kayaking and hiking with her dogs Ruthie and Angus.

Allison holds an active Life, Accident and Health license and is a multiple term PA Notary.
